As with our morning sessions, the afternoon breakout sessions are marked with the departments we feel will find the content most relevant, so [S] for Sales, [M] for Marketing and [F] for Fundraising. Some of the sessions have a limited number of spaces, and while we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, some sessions may fill up quickly so get booking.
We’re also running an Unconference alongside the programmed sessions. From Ask Support to Live Coding, peer discussions to networking opportunities.
Each strand, Marketing, Fundraising and Sales, has one strategic session (S) and one practical (P) session. We’ve done this to help you choose with of the sessions will be most useful to you and your teams. There will be a Q&A session at the end of each breakout, so you'll have your chance to contribute to the conversation as well.
The Box Office Is Dead...Long Live the Sales Team!
The Box Office as we know it is dead. Gone are the days of simply selling a ticket and directing someone to their seat and at Spektrix, we now refer to the Box Office team as the Sales team. From upselling, cross selling, data collection and management to asking for donations and providing that important first step in your relationships with your audience, this team really sits at the core of every organisation. You’ll hear from some fantastic panelists who have reinvigorated the role of their Sales teams with spectacular results.

Unconference & Ask Support
This year we also have an additional Unconference strand running alongside the breakout sessions. An alternative to your standard conference breakout sessions. The Unconference offers you the chance to curate your own breakout experience; from participating or instigating peer led discussion and debate, bookable Ask Support speed networking style, bookable health checks with industry experts and Live Coding demos from Spektrix engineers, it's a different sort of conference experience that you are in control of.
