New ways of thinking, new ways of working: this workshop will illustrate the value of adopting a more joined-up approach in organisations to maximising income from individual customers.
In this session we’ll explore the inter-relationship between the income that is generated from Admissions, Affiliation (for example memberships, donations) and through Ancillary sales (for example, retail, food and beverage). We’ll look at how change in one area can impact income in another and how different business models lend themselves to different strategies when it comes to retaining more of that hard earned income!
The session will include a mix of theory, practical case study examples and we’ll also provide some tips and tricks to help you maximise income in each area and build your resilience.
